If you need to cancel a pending order, a cancellation request must be sent via email with your name and order number within 24 hours of placing your order.
If your order has not yet shipped and you need to change the shipping address, please email email@example.com with the new shipping address, and your order number.
If you have any issues with your order upon receiving it, please email photos of the product within 24 hours of receiving it with the order number so that your order can be resolved individually.
